Need a hand with TiffTodo? Most things are quick to sort out. Start with the checks below, or email us --- a real person replies.
Contact support
Email support@tifftodo.com and we'll get back to you, usually within a day. To help us help you faster, please include:
- The email address on your TiffTodo account.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- Whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular.
- A short description of what happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps.
For your privacy, avoid sending sensitive capture text unless it's necessary to debug the issue.
Common checks
Voice capture won't start
- Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.
- Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition.
- Confirm TiffTodo has access to both.
You can always use typed capture instead.
Notifications aren't arriving
- Open iOS Settings > Notifications > TiffTodo.
- Confirm notifications are allowed.
- Send a capture, then background the app while it processes.
TiffTodo doesn't send a processing notification if you stay in the app and watch the results come in.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To change or cancel, go to App Store > Account > Subscriptions. If you've already subscribed on another device, open TiffTodo's paywall and tap Restore.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from TiffTodo's Settings screen. This removes your app account data from TiffTodo systems, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, and operational retention windows used by our service providers.
