Terms of Use

The service

TiffTodo helps you capture thoughts by voice or text and organizes them into todo lists using AI. The app is provided on an ongoing, best-effort basis. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions & billing

A TiffTodo subscription is auto-renewable and offered as a monthly or yearly plan. Both unlock the same features; only the price differs. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (App Store > Account > Subscriptions).
• If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TiffTodo for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the captures and todos you create. You grant TiffTodo permission to process that content so the app can split, organize, and add context to it --- including sending text to our AI provider for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your content.

Health disclaimer

TiffTodo is a productivity tool. It is positioned for ADHD and other busy minds, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition. Nothing in the app is medical advice.

Disclaimers & liability

TiffTodo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI organization can make mistakes, so review important items yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiffTodo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
